Former Canadian Provincial Premier Calls NZ Vaccine Regime “Callous” and Measures “Unconstitutional”

On 11 Jan 2022, former Premier of the Canadian Province of Newfoundland Brian Peckford gave a speech in New Zealand in which he came out hard against the vaccines.

We are waiting for a transcript of his speech.

In the mean time, I see what our government has done to this country and its people as a complete breach of the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990.

Section 5 refers to "Justified limitations" and that they "may be subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society".

Nobody in government has demonstrably justified what they are doing. There is not one cost-benefit analysis, not one risk assessment, not one study, not one report, by anyone in government, that says, "Here are our arguments justifying the draconian measures we are bringing in to fight this so-called pandemic".

There cannot be an argument for a public health measure, when the "vaccine" does not stop transmission.
