  • Medical Ethics: Canterbury Doctor Jonie Girouard

I have been following the case of now deregistered Canterbury doctor Jonie Girouard, who was filmed issuing medical certificates as COVID-19 vaccine exemptions last year.

I found interesting, comments from Dr Bryan Betty from the Royal New Zealand College of GPs where he says any doctor who isn't promoting vaccinations is "disappointing", and also added the vast majority of Kiwi GPs are following the rules.

    He further states
I think GPs have an absolute responsibility to their patients, profession and the community as a whole. They are medical leaders in the community
He is actually right - but not for the reasons that you think. As a doctor, Jonie Girouard had a duty of care under the NZMA Code of Ethics 2020. It states, in part:
Section 5. Doctors should ensure that patients are involved, as far as possible, in understanding the nature of their problems, the range of possible solutions, and the likely benefits, risks and costs, to assist them in making informed choices.
    and also
Section 6. Doctors should, within reason, provide adequate information to their patients about their assessment and treatment options, including those not readily available.
It has become quite clear over the past 2 years that the vaccine and especially the Pfizer vaccine, used here in New Zealand, is harmful. There can be no doubt about this as attested by the criminal filings to the International Criminal Court for Crimes Against Humanity (violations of the Nuremberg Code), where the defendants are the CDC, the WHO and Davos Group. There is a further ICC criminal complaint for Crimes Against Humanity levelled at the British government; the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as well as all the major vaccine companies (including Pfizer); and a British Police CID criminal investigation currently under way investigating vaccines safety violations.

Dr. Girouard had a duty of care under Sections 5 & 6 to give good advise in relation to the "vaccine" - and this would include any advise not to take it if she believed it was harmful.

What she did was totally in line with the medical ethics that all NZ doctors agreed to and must abide by. Dr Bryan Betty would do well to remember this. Perhaps he and other "Kiwi GP's who are following the rules" had better start looking further online at the mountain of vaccine injuries and deaths that are occurring worldwide. If they start researching now, it will give them time to wipe the egg of their faces, because at the moment they are just DINO's (Doctors In Name Only).

And before any of you "Kiwi GP's following the rules" doctors get off your high-horse, just remember you had a duty of care under Section 6 to recommend alternative therapies other than a so-called "vaccine" - and you failed to do so. Ivermectin and HCQ have been on the books for decades and are well able to heal most people of the seasonal flu - which is what COVID presents as.
