Fined $1200 for violating the Covid-19 Public Health Act, for his defence Patrick King requested the isolation of the SARS-COV2 virus. He wanted it isolated, and not in a lab setting or Covid PCR test. The judge allowed him to subpoena Deena Hinshaw, the Chief Medical Officer of Health for the province of Alberta. He won the case when Deena Hinshaw’s lawyers said, “Mr King is requesting evidence we cannot give.” They didn’t have any material evidence to fight the case and he won.
If it can be done in Canada, it can be done in New Zealand, providing the courts are still administering justice.
We could file a Freedom of Information request and take Jacinda Adern and Dr Ashley Bloomfield, the Director-General of Health in NZ to court for what they’re doing in the name of health.
When lawyer Sue Grey took the NZ government to court challenging the legality of NZ’s vaccine roll out, she won her case against the government rolling out a trial vaccination program under emergency, when there was no emergency.
This corrupt government promptly changed the Medicines Act the next day, stating it was an out-dated law from the 1980's. Yet they are currently using a law from 1953 to implement restrictions on New Zealanders under the health act. The corruption within this current government runs deep, and people need to be very careful about being overly compliant, as there are other options which work.
We could try again, challenging their actions by demanding proof for the isolation of the SARS-COV2 virus – and we would win. They are enforcing acts for something that doesn’t exist.
There is no record of Covid-19 isolated anywhere, by anyone, ever.
The University of Otago, NZ claimed to have “isolated the COVID-19 virus” but has no record of it. Yeah - we believe you! Actually, no we don't!
