New York Supreme Court declares the vaccine mandates illegal

The decision of the New York Supreme Court to declare the vaccine mandates illegal and ordered all sacked workers that followed the science, and refused to participate in this global medical experiment be re-instated and compensated is a massive precedent with international ramifications.

The court found that

vaccine mandates were ‘’arbitrary and capricious’’ and those who were fired over it should be reinstated & compensated

Vaccine Mandates were a breach of employment contracts, they were contrary to the principles of ‘free & informed consent’, they violated basic Human Rights and being experimental in nature they also violated the Numerberg Code - and that’s when it was thought shots were ‘safe & effective’.

Craig Kelly reports that the decision further emphasises the criminality of politicians in Australia that continue to ignore the science, refuse to admit they were wrong, and maintain vaccine mandates.

But the ABC (an advocate of for the mandates) has made a conscious decision not to report this story.

That’s because the ABC don’t report the news, they push narratives.

What does this mean for New Zealand, well not much if the Court found the mandates breached provisions of the US Constitution, because New Zealand does not have the protection of a Constitution. A Constitution constrains a government from creating laws that conflict with its provisions.
